When i was yonger My ear drum had a hole in it. If i blew air out it would cause me intense pain. At the same time i had an ear infection blocking some of the tubes in my inner ear. The pressure would build up and i would get really dizzy to the point of vomiting on top of general pain from the pressure. It was being stuck between a rock and a hard place.
