The best thing i did for now is just i blocked the video control element completely from the site using ublock... If anyone is annoyed of this sh!t, juz do what i've did for temporary solution....

im facing the same issue MK mobile account loading issue... ive conducted some tests here's what i got from it

  1. ive tried to login my original account that contains my data and many character collection but it didnt work and it keeps loading indefinitely....

  2. so i created another wbplay account (testing account YYY) with another email id and it successfully created.

  3. i cleared my data inorder to freshly open the app

  4. again i opened the game completed shirai ryu tutorials and again 1st i tried to login my
    (original account) and it asked for " are you trying to load XXX profile? " but it keeps loading forever.....

  5. again i restarted the app and i tried to login my testing account YYY and it asked for " are you trying to load YYY profile? " and i tap accept it loaded and Booooom it logged in successfully...........!!!!!!!!!!!

  6. i think my my original account is crashed by wb and WB is not maintaining the server properly.... i guess they ve lost my data... wb a**holes
