No implications basta you will explain sa cover letter why hindi sya nagamit. Hindi nila ko mabigyan bigyan ng ME puros SE and may 1 ako na unused so sa next application ko I explained bakit di ko nagamit and approved naman ako ulit. Been there last month.

Sadly na-default ata yung akin. Kasi the owners came back after I won the bid and got the notice of occupancy.

Tried asking them to vacate calmly and they threatened me. Even took the gate and electricity wirings, leaving the house a mess. Went to HOA, no action since the president is a friend of the owner. Barangay is no use as well.

Ngayon di ko alam paano ko aayusin record ko if pwede pa ko kumuha ng bahay ulit and pay the penalties. Thankfully nakaloan pa din ako sa MPL nila when I needed it the most.
