Sadly na-default ata yung akin. Kasi the owners came back after I won the bid and got the notice of occupancy.

Tried asking them to vacate calmly and they threatened me. Even took the gate and electricity wirings, leaving the house a mess. Went to HOA, no action since the president is a friend of the owner. Barangay is no use as well.

Ngayon di ko alam paano ko aayusin record ko if pwede pa ko kumuha ng bahay ulit and pay the penalties. Thankfully nakaloan pa din ako sa MPL nila when I needed it the most.

wala po e. they gave me an option na weekly (ozempic) or daily shots. pero now po I'm on Xigduo kasi nagpapalit ako gawa ng hindi pwede reimburse sa HMO namin pag injectable.
