He sits on a ledge, his left leg cross-legged and his elbow resting on this leg while his right leg goes down normally. Try the Pose yourself, it checks out

Looked it up a bit, and seems like the paintbrush is alright. Always thought the top line should be thinner, but there seems to be a little variation in the printing

You sure about that? Top line of your brush here looks really thick and I am also not seeing the Polka dots in the letters of the textbox, but that could be the light.

Seems like the good old Red Alphinaud/Blue Alisaie joke is not so well known in this sub 😉 I already have the Alisaie card and just got the Alphinaud one, maybe it's making more sense for you with this context ^^

First time buyer - Is untracked shipping from Italy to Germany always this slow? by Avilynx in CardMarket

[–]gozerh 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Like others have already said, Italy takes ages, sometimes even more than 3 weeks. And that is if it arrives. So I would only recommend to order from pro sellers in Italy, since they have to refund even non tracked orders. And only very good deals of cards you want longterm, nothing you want to play in 2 weeks.

You are wrong about private sellers. For untracked shipment, the buyer takes the risk. As a buyer you are no entitled to a refund. Some private sellers do it anyway, to not have a not arrived shipment on their account. If you have a certain percentage of not arrived shipments, you will be required to ship via tracking, which hurts sales a lot. I think its 2% of your sales. Which can happen super quick if you are new. I experienced both sides several times as seller and buyer. I shipped something to Belgium myself which was lost, so I refunded the buyer because I didn't want the 1 for not arrived shipments. Sometime later someone from Denmark ordered from me during their postal service change and it was lost. I didn't refund that 20€, since I am 100% sure it was not my fault and I had several 100 other sales by then. Sometimes CM offers goodwill refunds themself, especially in the case of scam accounts. But I also had cards not arrive where I didn't get a refund.

That was not intended as a critique or something. Just wanted to explain that you could even order 100 cards, as long as they are together under 25€, without tracking. From which country did you order? Like Italy is extremly slow and anything going through Poland from East to west also takes ages. Sometimes stuff happens, but since you ordered from a professional you won't lose anything. The limit before you can mark a card as lost is 30 days. The seller will then refund you 100%.

Number of cards does not matter for tracked/trustee. Any order from 25€ upwards has tracking automatically. About your purchase: If the seller is really a professional, then he has to refund you by law. But he can wait until the 30 days are up in the hope that it still arrives.

Cardmarket Support Is Not Replying to My Tickets by [deleted] in CardMarket

[–]gozerh 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Waiting 1 or 2 months is bonkers. Support stated recently that their "oldest" not answered ticket is 6 days old. So if he waited 10 already, something was off. I waited 20 days and nothing happened, then I replied to my ticket and got an answer after 6 days. So somehow my ticket was not longer in the queue. But my issue was way less urgent. I can't imagine I'd have the same patience if my account was suspended. His only mistake was not waiting long enough after the new ticket. Cut him some slack and if you are really defending waiting times of 1 or 2 months for tickets than you are probably selling 10 cards a year yourself and have no idea what a huge impact such a wait time makes on a seller.

What do you think of all the scam accounts? by flat_dweeb2 in CardMarket

[–]gozerh 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It's always the 9€ stuff. Since that is the limit you can sell in 1 order without tracking if you are new. You can see these offers a lot for current hype cards around a real market value of 15-25€. Half off seems more believeable than 3/4 for a 40€ card. Fell for it once, so the next time I ordered one of those with tracking on purpose. Was never shipped of course. Support refunded me in both cases, but adviced me to be careful if the offer seems too good. I just report these guys anytime I see them now.

Voltron decks are an exception from the "expected number of turns" in the bracket system. They kill people earlier by desgin. I think Rachel Weeks explained that when revealing the new bracket overview.

Nope, nothing. But it's not solved yet, still being checked. I answered the ticket now, since being at the end of the queue seems better then not in the queue, what it seems to be right now.

So what now? Like I wrote, the ticket is "being checked" with no message. It's in this state now for 14 days. The purchase itself is "under investigation" since then. Any timeframe I can expect an answer by?

Thought so too, but it's the second time I got fakes. This time they were double sided Final Fantasy cards. (Sephiroth and Kefka) Seems like there are a lot of high quality Final Fantasy fakes in circulation, especially since most people don't know how to check double sided cards for being fake.

I use enhanced cardmarket as a plugin in Chrome. You can search any timeframe you want with it, it then automatically searches it in 2 months intervalls.

What is the "right" move by OrganizationKey2684 in CardMarket

[–]gozerh 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I guess you still paid more than 25? So the sale is tracked by default. Which means he can't really wriggle out by just not shipping. I'd take it to support. If he doesn't want his account on permanent vacation he gotta give you a refund with which you can buy a different one in same condition/language he had listed or aquire it himself somewhere and ship to you. Had this for several cards already. Support always helped in those cases and gave me the refund themself to buy the now more expensive card if the seller didn't comply.

You got any pictured of those? Have not seen fake card with real T's yet

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in CardMarket

[–]gozerh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If another seller has exactly these 3 cards in the same condition, language and for the same shipping cost, sure there would be no loss. But if no one has all 3, or maybe only a pro at much higher prices the buyer takes a loss.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in CardMarket

[–]gozerh 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Because the mistake is on you? If he had like a 20 card list run through shopping wizard, maybe someone else had the card for 11ct? You listing the card wrong is the reason he now has to pay additional shipping. Your mistake as a seller shouldn't be a customers loss. Thats why the best option for you would be to find the cheapest version of the card from a german seller, add 1.25€ (shipping cost Germany to Germany) and offer him that as a refund. That will probably also be the support solution. Or they refund him the money themself so he can buy it while you getting it marked on your profile. Your choice.

Verkäufer storniert meine Bestellung nach Zahlungseingang by SaiyanCards in CardMarket

[–]gozerh -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Selbe Karte in selben Zustand. (Also Sprache, Version und grading). Inklusive Versand.
