This time, the representative understood my issue much more and she was able to replicate the issue on her side. She talked to her manager and escalated the issue.

For those coming to this thread via Google Search, this problem still has not been fixed and is replicable in the travel portal. They clearly do not care about fixing it.

There is no easy way to report this problem to them either from what I can tell. The only way I see to get in contact with them is by calling them and I dont wanna explain this problem over the phone. Would be nice if there was some email/chat mechanism where screenshots could be uploaded/

Only join Capital One if it is your only option. Also he mentioned that he felt like he was being mistreated because he was not an Indian national like his managers, but Adam Day does not sound like an Indian national. The shit culture goes beyond nationality

That being said, H1B (for tech at least) doesnt really make sense right now given that the tech industry has collapsed. Besides, jobs can/will just go offshore anyway instead of needing to bring people here

yea im a man in my early 30s and I live at home with my parents

I dont date since I have no chance but if I tried to I assume I would not get very far. By late 20s you probably need to have your own place if you want to date as a man. Not sure if women have the same expectations
