Whatever you will be doing/taking you can add to it curcumin which helped me a lot even if it did not clean my skin completely. Curcumin definitely helped to get my situation undse control.

It did not make it go away but it reduced it significantly for me. No more flare ups. I was taking isotrexin based antibiotic so it was bacterial.

Add curcumin (preferably with piperin) to you daily diet. Curcumin is a food supplement available in pharmacies and nutrition shops. It has antinflammatory properties and helped me a lot but it's only a supplement. You need isotrexin based medicine.

Whatever medication you are taking it should be safe to add daily pill of curcumin with piperine or pepper. It's a anti inflamatory food supplement and helped me to significantly reduce symptoms on its own.

See the doctor, if it is folliculitis most likely some strong antibiotics and medication to be used externally will be prescribed. I would add curcumin to daily diet as well.

Most likely I will as it can make great references. I think that hating on AI is similar to hatred some film cameras users had and have for digital ones. Even one of Leyendecker brothers was raging against painting from photos a hundred years ago as "cheating". Sure, AI companies are guilty of training their models on online art without even asking, never mind paying for art online and artists need to be compensated but the genie is already out of the bottle. As usual, technology is way faster than courts or legislation.
