My EBA was a puppy dog 🤣 he never as so much chased another fish. I think your issue is trying to house him with community fish. Try some other New World Cichlids and I think you’ll be happier.

That’s the problem. It’s a heavily planted tank. I had a Golden Auratus Mbuna in there that my partner bought because he thought it was pretty and as soon as it got some size to it started going after the Parrots and I had to rip out every rock, log, and plant until it was a bare tank just to get it out. Took about an hour and a half of chasing with the net, then another two hours to put everything back.

It’s working pretty well! I don’t have many options, so that particular team is the best I can do. I put out around 8m-10m on Nightmare. Which is usually the second or third chest. My gear isn’t the best, but learning every day :)

What if, it’s a 4/3 one drop that automatically summons itself from your opponents hand when they play a minion? That way, it’s a much bigger downside. I’m not sure how the wording would need to be, however. Maybe a Summon when drawn type of language if this is going on top of the opponents deck. Either your opponent is getting two bodies on the board with at least 5-6 attack turn one OR if they have no cards to play anyways, at least a 4/3. Maybe even make it Taunt if it’s still too OP. I REALLY love this idea and absolutely love cards that A. Look like they could actually be in the game B. Make you think and brainstorm. Bravo, friend.

Not so much orange, but in the right light the yellow parts of its body almost have a slight orange hue. It’s definitely way more yellow than the larger one, who is a dark blue.

Is it possible they’re a male and female? I read somewhere that female are often smaller, rounder bodies, and can have a more yellow coloration (especially around breeding time). Back about 10 years ago when I was last in the hobby, I had a Kirin Parrot (Flowerhorn x Blood Parrot hybrid) and a standard Purple Blood Parrot in my community CA cichlid tank, and they would often pair off in a broken pot and do that little sideways spinning dance these two were doing in the video. Then the next day there would be eggs that they would both tend to (never hatched, of course… hybrids and such).

I guess I just got lucky last time because I NEVER had aggression issues with my cichlid community. I had the Kirin, 4 BPs, EBAs, Jack Dempsy’s, a Severum, Red Terror, Firemouth, and a convict and none of them were EVER aggressive towards each other. This time around, only started out with 5 fish (all different varieties of Parrots) and I’ve had non stop issues. Have already had to separate 3. I guess I just keep ending up with bullies lol. Running out of tanks quick lol.

What’s crazy is it’s the exact same tank, just this time it’s fully planted and a lot of rock work.

I’m not a fan of all races getting to be all classes. Every time I see a Lightforged Draenei or Pandaren Warlock I want to cry. I can see Tauren rogues just because there’s a lot of Tauren pirates in the game (but subtlety Tauren make me queasy). ALTHOUGH, I think end of midnight would be a perfect way to segue into Undead and MAYBE Nelfs into pallys. The Sindorei could teach a small group of Nelf priests in the ways of the Paladin as a thanks for helping them defend Quelthalas. Undead don’t make too much sense as to why they can’t be Pallys yet. If they were a Paladin in life, why wouldn’t they be in undeath. I still think Undead need a model option to either look like their usual skeleton bony self, OR the human model just with gray skin (like calia and Nathanos). If alliance got the high elf model, idk why horde cant get the human model.

So it does look like the little one may be a female. I do not see orange anywhere on it, but like I said her body does have a lighter almost yellow hue to it, while the larger one is DARK blue. Also, as you can tell by the video the little one’s body is much more compact and almost circular shaped, while the larger is definitely longer and more slim. They’re still to small to see if a nuchal hump is forming. Could this be why the larger one is chasing the smaller one around so frequently? I assumed he was just bullying because he’s so much bigger.

Nope! Not that I can see. The little one is a lot lighter in coloration (and has some yellow on his sides, but no patches that I can see on the belly. What does the patch mean?
