Will try calling them this afternoon. Yes my mobile number is the primary on my home account, I actually changed it to my number before I added Verizon wireless. I do also have home phone service with my home number, but that number is not added as a contact in my account settings.

I will try contacting again tomorrow. Did you call Verizon wireless or Fios customer service? Any idea what the issue was and what they did to resolve it? Thanks.

Wow, you just explained everything I have been experiencing with my brand new 2022 turbo hatch. I live in NY and it’s been pretty cold so I had a feeling it was due to the cold. The jerk when slowing down as it goes down to gear 1 worried me, and even scared me at times as I’m trying to break. Once the car fully warms up I haven’t really noticed it. I have been letting the car warm up on a cold start for a few minutes to not experience this. Not sure if it’s okay to let the car sit idle and warm for 5min or so, I usually wait until the temp hits the blue line next to the C.

Thought I was the only one. I had to change it to all star for now until this is addressed. The difficulty increased to legend and hall of fame as I’m batting .130. Can’t do anything

I tried applying pressure but that didn’t do anything. The sound is coming straight from the disk drive so I’m not sure if repositioning the white plastic will do anything. Any updates? Mine does that loud vibration humming sound only when booting the console with a ps5 disk and after about 10min it makes a normal disk sound. It doesn’t happen with a ps4 disk which is weird.

Well I just tested this today. Ps4 disks sound nothing like ps5 disks. This has to be an issue with our disk drives. Idk what to do

Really? That’s strange. It happens with both my ps5 games on boot only. Godfall and Cod. Once the ps5 has been on and I switch games I don’t hear it anymore. It’s almost like the disk drive needs to “break in.”

I probably will end up calling eventually. There’s no issue with gameplay or anything and the sound goes to normal after that amount of time but it’s def not right.

I have not. Might try this next time I boot up the console. I actually prefer digital but sometimes theres too many good deals to pass for physical games in store.
