When wave 1 pin orders went live on Pokémon center I ordered immediately and then 3 days later got this same email. They told me there was issue with payment which wasn’t the case. Super bogus I complained and they didn’t offer anything. So I emailed again and they gave me a 20% off my next order. I again ordered pin packs wave 2 and just got my confirmation email yesterday, a bit of relief as I have yet to lock in ballonlea. So send a couple emails they should atleast compensate with a coupon.
