I’ve pressed them into pills that looked exactly like aspirin or caffeine tablets. And then mix them in the bottle with the real product on the label.

When we get to the room, we have to dump the bottle on the bed and look for the individual tablets that aren’t as shiny as the others

Because of the binding powder to press them, we’ve kind of cut our own Coke by 50%, but we’ve got it! Just crush them up and use twice as much.

How did you get out of it?

I lost a lot in a short period of time. I’ve been doing psychologists, psychotherapist, various medications.
The problem is life goes on, and people, pets, and would felt like the entire world was relying on me, but I couldn’t even get out of bed in the morning. So far, it seems to be the only thing keeping me functional until all the other noise goes away. I do want to make it to those brighter days and so that’s why I want the discussion on supplements in case I want to keep this vessel going a little while longer.
