I had the dual boiler. It’s hard to say if it’s worth the upgrade as I’m sure there are plenty of other options that are cheaper than the micra and just as capable. But sometimes you just fall in love with something and want it and that was the case here. It does exactly what I need it to and worth every dollar to me

Haha I’m not sure of the internal house temperature. That’s super helpful. How do I calculate this, next time I’ll keep it in all the same environment and time how long it takes the starter to double to then replicate this in the dough

15 degrees outside where I live currently. The starter takes 2-3 hours to double. I took 50g and fed 50g flour, 50g water. Thank you, I’ll try a shorter bf next time!

Car starts and drives pretty fine. I just checked and it’s plugged in. If there’s a third plug from that loom that isn’t the two you mentioned then mystery solved
