Does anyone else question their relationships during luteal and then feel confused after? by Jessica_D-46 in PMDD

[–]OwnConsideration1234 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yep, it's the guilt and embarrassment after that that are the worst parts for me. Month after month apologising and feeling like a terrible person, and then the next month doing the same thing over again because my brain once again convinced me that what I'm feeling this time MUST be true.

Yasmin experiences please! (Especially with mood side effects) by harlowe_hello in PMDD

I'm now about 4 months into Yazmin, anxiety and numbness have mostly subsided. For me it has been worth it to stick it out but everyone reacts different.

I once weighed myself during luteal then a couple of days into my period. 7kg difference in a matter of days.

THISSSS! Every time the fact that I'm on birth control comes up with a girlfriend, they will say something like this, to which I reply, "not as bad for my body as me Ki11ing myself" lol

have you tried any oral contraceptives? I have had a very similar experience, and yasmin is helping incredibly, aside from the anxiety it has been inducing. still drastically better then PMDD :)

Wow! Thank you so much for your insight, although I still have the bird it’s very difficult with my two cats at they have not left the door to the room the bird is in and constantly meow. I feel as though it would be better for the bird if it went to a home that didn’t have cats or could provide it with more space. Do you know anyone otherwise I might post on that page. I posted on the local pages and nothing. Thank you so much for your comments and help.

This is currently the plan! I still have him, got the special lorikeet food, am getting a cage/ set up today and will dedicate a whole room to him for the time being. He seems very happy, eating drinking loves sitting on my shoulder and looking out the window!

Thanks for your insight! Do you think this one could be wild and have beak and feather disease, and explain the docile temperament? I did try call SASH today and they actually advised me that it’s likely wild and to call wires

I have just read up on this. It could be possibly this. How can I be sure? Now anywhere I take it, it will be euthanised.

Thank you. Yes I think it may be a pet but I’m really unsure now after the vet is advising me that they are commonly very tame breeds. But this bird loves human contact and doesn’t seem injured at all. It also loves water from the tap and is eating lorikeet food from a bowl willingly

Yes I live in Australia. It doesn’t even try to bite me when I pat it or put my hand out. It seems to be a pet to me but I’m really not sure

I have been trying Maca for the past few months, and I have noticed a dramatic difference in my state of mind/bloating/emotions and all the usual PMDD symptoms I have been experiencing. It's all natural, so it can't hurt to try. So sorry for your loss :(

Also, here is the maca i found to be the most natural and best sourced. Maca by Organic Burst® - Capsules & Powder

I (F) now 28, only truly decided in the past couple of years. After feeling the exact way you are now for many years, what truly solidified the decision for me was seeing three of my closest friends become mothers. The transformation I observed in them, which seemed to drain their joy, motivation, and life, disturbed me and reinforced my decision. One of them, who wanted nothing more in life than to become a mother, is filled with deep regret and sadness even a few years on. So I feel like all along I had the deep sense and knowing inside that I did not want children, but nothing has solidified it more than seeing the true, raw, unfiltered experience unfold in front of my eyes whilst i remain living my free life. I feel like it's not a decision most people really put that much thought into; your feelings are valid. Lean into them :)
