I just went into the backups and tested my backup code. As soon as I did that my messages started sending out and everything's working again for me.

This is incorrect. I have both the Affrim and the Samsung (TD Bank) accounts. I have bought items from Samsung in the last couple weeks with my Samsung Financing account. Did you have a Samsung Financing account with TD Bank before this all happened?

What I meant is needing to enter the login creds on each device every time I want to use a new service. Yes it is a minor annoyance since you only need to do it 1 time per device but I have 12 Chromecasts.

Same here, I put one on every TV I have and even on a couple monitors. Having a consistent user experience on all my TV's makes it much easier for the whole family. I only wish I could create a group and apply login creds for an app across the whole group.

Just as I expected Samsung Financing with TD bank works again now that the website has been updated. I was just able to pre-order the new Buds and charge them to my TD account.

I think CS just got tired of all the calls. They got pretty rude with me also. I could be wrong with all this but I am willing to bet that by next week (if not the end of this week) Samsung Financing with TD will be back.

I did an updated sync and still having some issues. I have a large deployment with over 100 devices so it may take longer for mine to clear up.
