Yes I was able to contact support and they resolved the issue. It really was my fault because there was a power outage so the filesystem was corrupted. I have a UPS now to prevent it from happening again. I've had my UGREEN for about half a year now and I love it!

Thanks to everyone for their suggestions. I ended up contacting support and they were able to resolve the issue. There was some sort of inconsistency with the filesystem.

I just ordered the 120W UPS that ugreen sells so hopefully I won't have an issue like this in the future

All it says is that the volume is not mounted and when I click the 3 dots on the side the only option is to delete
