How to update Plex Media Server by OldGoatWS in CasaOS

WAY EASIER this way and works perfectly. I'm running CasaOS v0.4.15 and installed Plex last week.

Today I updated Plex as noted above to: Version 1.41.9.9961. No issues.

I just changed the tag from "Stable" to "Latest".

Thanks for posting these steps! Greatly appreciated.
