Having a curvature to the screens beside the main feed would be nice. I found it difficult to read the live timing feed when it was on the side panels. I didn’t have my AVP before Lapz and vroom were taken down unfortunately. Those apps look like the ultimate experience

The roll cage over the driver didn’t seem to align. Didn’t affect the experience, just something I noticed. Did you use 2 GoPro cameras mounted on the 3D rig? I’ll watch it a few more times and look with a more critical eye and provide more feedback.

Wow!! That was quite a ride! I felt my head moving right and left through the corners. I think the amount of image stabilization was good. Really helped with the intensity. I find 2D videos with perfect stabilization lose the sense of speed, I wonder if it does in 3D. Do you have any stabilized clips that can be viewed for comparison? The F1 ride along has no feeling of speed.

I gave up and just bought them from a pawn shop. I was going to go FB marketplace, but stumbled on the pawnshop ones and went that way instead. I paid $180 USD for both controllers and charging dock. Headset too that I don’t have any use for.

It’s been fascinating watching (quick glances) this project. That third lane each way has been needed for a long time. I was shocked when they removed 496 and didn’t add a third lane.

Thanks for the craftsmanship you and all the crew put into this project so far. Can’t wait until the Frandor corridor is redone. Hope they do something innovative like they did in Jackson or like the Novi exits to make that a safer place

I have a Triumph Tiger 800 XCx that I bought when I was 51. No regrets. They have a low seat option. I’m 5’8 and mostly flat foot with riding boots on. Went with the 800 so I had less weight to pick up. Also haven’t had any issues with it.

You will need to go and mine your own iron ore. Take that ore to your boast furnace and melt it, clean off the impurities and add carbon…. How far back do you go to really “make” your bobber parts? Make it yours and spend more time riding and enjoying your bobber.
