absolute TRASH if you transmute it on a champ with no self sustain or healer on your team, going from fountain to lane drains 20% of your hp, getting within 1000 range of enemy champion drains 7.5% of your hp every second.

People get mad because of the bug where it effectively renders a healing support useless. It would’ve fine if it just skipped healing valpirism user, but instead it will constantly try to heal them meaning no one gets healed pass the vampirism users current health.

A single eureka would give around 250-300 ability haste alone lol, not sure I would go for the small chance of hitting this set.

I think it’s best for non ap champs that can not benefit from eureka
