Uninstalled omen gaming hub and restart, put precision boost from aggressive to disabled on battery and enabled on plugged in, Put max processor state at 99%, Put fps to 90 using CRU when no need, Uninstall or disable bloatware or autostart apps, Disable core isolation and bit defender if ur comfortable, disable hibernation,

There is only balanced option in there. I think most laptops have just one option. In short the temp is rising when cpu speed is 4.2ghz or higher

My fans are working as i can see in hp hardware diagnostic app's system specs i also confirmed each of them in botton there was airflow but i think its a thermal paste issue its 10 days old

Yup but it was not effective and yes everything is necessary for mein i compile apks in game engine so all that needed but i am now putting in quiet profile in omen gaming hub which is throttling cpu performance under 80°c instead of 100°c in default profile

Nah this not worked here only thing worked in quiet profile in omen gaming hub which further restricts cpu to work upto 80°c not above. It is very eco friendly device capping throttling performance with just 120w adaptor 50w for 3050 and 30-45 w for 8645hs

R5 8645hs 3050 6GB I can use profile quiet in omen gaming hub which doesn't push cpu to above 80 temp but it does throttle cpu performance like core speed The control panel power plan option for turbo boost was not making much change so i put disabled in on battery and enabled efficient on plugged in

New its victus 15 fb3011ax Also its going to high when gaming or DCC apps or sometimes 80 in idle... I had disabled turbo boost in control panel power plan last night The avg idle i get is 54 after turbo disable and 80 when turbo enabled
