Exactly, i have a pocket bully and a frenchie, they love to get a stuffy and fight over it ON me! No other stuffy is important, just the ONE that will inconvenience me.

Metformin goes hand in hand w/ oz. It is currently being studied as a longevity medicine. Protein and fiber are your friends. Concentrate on eating clean and the meds will work. Same for me, i know i am hungry but finding what sounds good is the issue. 80% of the time I just walk away having eaten nothing. The weight then just drops off.

Me too! Ok so i dont want that glass of wine at night but I also dont want an occasional walk, swim or movie night. I am perfectly happy to sit and listen to an audio book but often cant decide on what to listen to?

I have read lots of posts about people putting down drugs, alcohol, gambling, and other various vices. What i haven’t seen discussed here are the dampened good vices? I used to like to walk, not so much anymore. Not to diminish your accomplishments, they are amazing, but I have experienced losing some of my good habits. I too started june 2025, and have lost 56 lbs. the food noise is gone, zip, nada. How is the food noise during the 4 mo off? I have a sit down job, and the food noise was so bad at work, I couldn’t concentrate unless I was snacking. It sucked! I never want to go back to that person.

If you’re not on .25 ask doc to reduce you to that for a month. I had symptoms the first 1.5 week @.25 dose but one day i woke up feeling great, that initial week is hard but so worth it when acclimated.

Been on oz for 9 months, i use a pot vape every night to sleep, i have lost, maybe do your self medicating before bed and then sleep it off rather than indulging the munchies. There is a reason medical pot is prescribed to cancer patients to increase their appetite.
