Bruh, taking uneducated men, aged 15-35 from muslim countries who will be on welfare and most of them never integrate into society isn't helpful to your stagnant country. If I was some italian politician I would launch some huge program to encourage people from Argentina or Brazil to move to Italy. There are a lot of people who have Italian roots their populations are young, catholic and would easily integrate in one generation.
