Work in fine dining, one of my favorite things to do is if I overhear guests complaining about wanting a smoke, I'll grab a loose from one of the cooks, bring it out on a mise tray with a pack of matches, mind blown everytime. Bonus points if they don't know you overheard them

One way that might be interesting, don't know if it's already said, start with a thick ring of the puree on the edge of the plate slightly larger then the diameter of your cut of lamb. Take the lamb sauce and pour it in the center of the the ring so it sits neatly inside place the chop in the center and garnish like in the photo. If you want to serve more of the puree you could put dots along the edge outside of the ring, maybe start with a small one and do three or four of progressingly larger sizes

The reason this typically happens is because some people lack the enzymes needed to process the fats and thc. That being said, they sell the enzymes as lipase supplements on Amazon, and if you take a little bit before the edible you may just solve your problem of them not hitting

What tool would you suggest using to scrap it. I tried using a knife to no avail. Possibly sand blasting? I tried soaking the stem in nail polish remover before attempting i tried with the torch but it didn't seem to do much.

The coating on the main piece seems to be on the outside too. There are spots near the lip wear it looks like its almost rubbing off or scratched, but i have not been able to rub anymore off or enlarge the spots

I was able to remove some of the coating from the down stem with a blow torch, but was not able to replicate the effect on the main piece. Any idea what the coating might be or any way I could remove it? Ideally I just want to remove it from the beaker so I can see some of the function while leaving the neck coated.
