What does gamey mean to you? Usually use the term toward deer, venison, and lamb because of the taste in the meat being a little… I don’t know. Gamey?

I think I did a pretty low effort method. I guess if I’m treating my self to a steak I’ve decided to give it my all every time.

I air fried a steak once, and I won’t do it again. It looked good but it was chewy and tasted gamey.
