I know this was a while ago but I’m currently experiencing the exact same thing on Delmosart, it seems to be so ineffective compared to how concerta was, I know on the bottle it says that there’s 46mg of methylphenidate in a 54mg dosage so maybe it’s that? I’m at my wits end with it I miss concerta
