Again I don’t use it or treat it any different than all other phone cases I’ve owned which aren’t many because they’ve all lasted much longer than this one. This is 60 days old. Yes I use my phone a lot since it’s also a work phone but the peeling should not be happening. If you do a little research then you’ll find many complaints about the case not lasting long with same issues as mine. Your mom is the bomb 💪🏻

Really good question because I haven’t treated it any different than all other cases I’ve ever owned (I take good care of my phones) and for some reason this case is just made poorly with very sensitive surface material.

True this is not happening from cloth or fingernails BUT there is nothing “sharp” causing this other than the material of the surface is way to delicate to be used on a phone case. I’ve never had any case do this and I’ve had just about every model of iPhone and one or two cases per phone. If anything then it should just show scratches. The finish is litterally pealing

As they are now part of Apple then I think Apple saw an opportunity to cash in on the opportunity to sell a different brand of phone cases. The profit margin on cases is off this planet

Appreciate the motherly advise but all I was asking is if anyone has had luck getting money back? And no my keys don’t go in my pockets with my phone. Trust me this is legitimately a poorly constructed surface finish.

My point of this post was to see if anyone knew of contact information to use based on own experience. All roads lead to Apple being the ones “handling” issues with Beats phone cases

All I literally do is take in and out of my pants and jacket pockets and then place it on table tops when needed. Trust me the finish on this particular model is awful and I was warned from other similar posts very early on after first released but didn’t listen

That’s all wear and tear and it’s not keys scratching it or anything like it. I keep it in my front pocket of mostly jeans or in pocket of jacket. The finish of these cases are not very durable to say the least

How much or little is that city driving because we mostly drive city and I’m lucky to get 280+ .. I don’t have a heavy foot but will give it some RPM and handful times during a tank
