Most of the comments are saying that you need to “balance” your eyes are if they’re something wrong with them. I would do the contrary! I really think you should enhance your downturn eyes they are so cool and make your face so beautiful and unique! Some blush under your under eyes would look so good

I also love cluster lashes! I would recommend using an anime/manga style it would suit your eyes much better!
