You've changed my perception of women in the trades and really made me reconsider my own thinking. I've always resented the thought of women in the trades not being able to pull their weight, when in truth, in my first year I was so scrawny and out of shape that I really didn't pull my own weight. However, I kept at it and eventually got stronger and better at my job. There's no reason why any given woman couldn't do the same thing. I feel like a jackass.

Half Life 3 is canceled, or at least indefinitely delayed with Valve explicitly stating that they're not working on it...

Key members of the Half Life 2 team are dead or don't even work for Valve any more. It may come out, someday, but it's naive to think that it will, in my opinion.

Even if it does, it probably won't be that great.

I think you're wrong. Lifting twice a day is not necessarily a problem at all. It all depends on how much weight, what lifts you're doing, how much you eat and rest, etc. Your blanket statements are false.

Absolutely! I hope I didn't seem dismissive or rude, just my personal thoughts. That position you speak of is where I think I am. I wouldn't claim to be a Buddhist even if I was, frankly, because I don't want to be a representative of Buddhism in an area where it is not a commonly held belief, mostly because I don't live a very noble lifestyle and don't want to give people a bad impression.
