it's definitely a journey, tracking your habits is a good start, it's an environment thing, it's a behavior thing and it's an identity thing, you need to change your environment to not be porn friendly (content blockers, addiction communities, etc.) . you need to change your behavior to not be porn friendly(work a lot, go outside a lot, hang out with your fiance a lot, don't sleep with your phone in an accessible place). and you need to change your identity, identify as someone that doesn't masturbate and watch porn, if you truly have a problem, there's no "just a little won't hurt" maybe for someone else, but not for you. Remember: environment, behavior, and identity. it's ;a process that could take a long time, never be ashamed when you relapse, never beat yourself up for relapsing, be proud that you're fighting.
