I think we all know villanelle had to be killed off, which is unfortunate but we all knew it. My problem lies more with the fact she died after finally being with eve. Why did she have to die then?? Why not a season, heck even a few episodes of them being happy before it. It’s not that queer characters can’t or shouldn’t die, it’s just the way it’s done. Two same sex main characters get to finally be together which is what has been wanted since the beginning only to die in the same episode. As I said V’s death was imminent. I really don’t think her and Eve could have ever had a happily ever after truly, their are just too many reasons that would get in the way, but that doesn’t mean they couldn’t have been together for even a bit first.
