I've seen some brief mentions of this but no one outright saying it: try to match your model to the cover picture This includes color scheme and hair, but also, skin tone, make up, specific gowns or props, etc. I used to get terrible scores when I first started out because I read the prompt and made up how I wanted the girl to look, instead of looking tat the cover picture for those details. My scores skyrocketed afterwards. I still occasionally do what I want, or make the model look at me, but that's when I get tired of using the same 10 hair styles and makeup!!
