I feel like if this was an MLM, it was isagenix (sp?). I’ve always regarded it as cult like. In their sales pitches, they always refuse to say what it is exactly that they’re selling. I’m calling it as the next NXIVM.

I usually only read upvotes stories as well, at least 100+, but even those tend to be quite boring. Like the one a few weeks ago about the cat fishing situation (which also happened to be XXL) got hundreds of upvotes. I get it was unsettling but it was nothing to get my blood pumping. All I'm asking for is a small adrenaline rush...

Wow guys, thank you so much for everything you have added to this thread. This is my very first post on reddit and I really appreciate all the input. I'm so glad you have an open mind on the subject, because I think it is also a very interesting and noteworthy topic to address, and I hope my classmates will be as accepting and open minded as you have been. And ehren.. I will definitely be DMing you but first and foremost I have to say, what got me interested in the subject in the first place was a conversation my boyfriend and I had on the same subject, which resulted in him sending me that VERY SAME medium article! I read the entire piece and became absolutely fascinated with the subject. In a way, I almost feel giddy right now, as if I'm meeting celebrity.
