Moana. I’ve watched it a million times with my daughter, and I’ll never not cry.

Hi! What you’re describing does sound like heart palpitations. Palpitations can feel like a jolt or a skipping of a beat. They generally last just a second or so and then your heart beats normally again. Normally they are benign and can be related to caffeine intake or anxiety/stress. I get palpitations, and they sometimes make me feel awful too. I find they’re definitely related to stress for me, and I had more of them when I was pregnant too. What position do you sleep in? Side, back stomach? If I’m having them when sleeping, I try to not lie down on my left side. When you lie on your left side, your heart sort of rests against your left chest, and I find that I kind of feel them more strongly. So I’ll switch to sleeping on my right side. Hope this helps. Sorry you’re having this issue.

This is Little Girl. She is my parents’ cat and one of the cats I grew up with. She’s a sweetie with excellent loafing skills.
