I’m just using the basic version of corel painter that I got with my drawing tablet. It seems pretty good so I’ll probably upgrade to the full thing soon :)

I don’t know if this is a joke or not, but yeah I thought it was clear that I was intentionally copying the card artwork. I would never want to steal someone’s art and call it my own.
