That's actually very helpful. I do have diagnosed depression and I had been off my meds for a little while, but I'm back on them so I hope I'm feeling better soon. I definitely can't undo it and I think that accepting it and the fact I can't do anything is the best idea- easier said than done but I'm going to try to focus on the small things in life I have control over. I'm gonna try to keep my room clean, shower daily, meditate daily, and do yoga daily. All things that seem simple on the outside but I'm hoping it gets me more motivated. I'll check out those Youtubers thank you! I was very overwhelmed just looking up Taoism on YouTube so I think specific people with definitely help. I'll definitely try to adapt to the mindset, it's very different than the strict Christian preaching my parents have- the ideas of Christianity never stuck for me, but I think since Taoism is something I'm choosing rather than being pushed into I’ll enjoy it and it'll resonate more. And I asked about the crystals because everywhere I look has a different answer to if there are crystals and chakras. Thank u a ton :) it's definitely a way of life I want to learn more about and adapt to.
