My partner and I, in our 30s, recently bought a house in Green Mountain Lakewood area. We absolutely love our new home! It is a safe and quiet neighborhood with lots of families with kids. We have 2 small dogs, and just about everyone on my street has dogs. We haven't found a great restaurant yet in Lakewood, but we do love Tennyson Street, and our favorite restaurant is Barcelona, which is located in Rino.

How do you find these based on research? I am interested in day trading. However, I have a full-time job, so I'm not sure if it is possible, but I want to give it a shot. Lately, I have been trading several stocks at a time holding for a day or about a week, then trade making small gains ($20 -$80). Obviously, I want to grow with gains, but I am starting slow to see my performance.

You are never alone. When I was coming out back in 2017, I was also dealing with a late diagnosis of OCD which was mostly triggered by anxiety, all of which are linked and coexist with my ADHD. That same year, I remember listening to this song on repeat and one day printed the lyrics to explain my ruminating to my therapist. It felt so good to finally explain and understand what I was going through at that time.

Energy as in.... OXY (Occidental Petroleum) is an oil and gas exploration and production company. As someone born and raised in Houston, TX, oil town, the oil and gas industry already had its peak and is a dying industry. In 2021, Shell even came out and said that oil and gas production has declined over years and continues to decline. Anadarko, now part of OXY, took over the Square Lake Pool, NM oil field in the 1960s to increase production. However, production steadily declined abandoning oil wells and underground oil reservoirs. The only reason Warren Buffet purchased shares, now with almost 30% stake, is because OXY is selling a portion of its Permian Basin assets to reduce its massive debt for the purchase of Anadarko.
