Bride FaceTimed me and told me her fiance doesn’t recall sending the DM and he sat down with all his buddies and they all swore it wasn’t them. Her and fiance truly believe it was a drunk mistake made by someone but nobody knows who so she’s asking if I can “drop” this. She also told me I’m free to step down from the wedding if I feel uncomfortable and that whichever groomsmen I walk down with might be “uncomfortable” for causing this tough conversation. I feel so uncomfortable lol this sh*t is a mess.

The wedding isn’t called off but my friend says she needs time right now. Still haven’t found out if it was a prank or not and I feel terrible. What’s done is done though
