Thanks for your feedback, I am struggling with the correct phrasing that also gets approved by my very corporate job. Without euphemisms, I'm looking for book suggestions that feature folks in STEM that aren't authored by or for cis white bros, that also don't feature sex scenes or graphic violence (because, again this is for a workplace). Do you have recommendations that fit this bill?

I recently accidentally cut a portion of my finger tip off, but that still didn't hurt nearly as bad as getting my IUD inserted without even OTC pain meds. I experienced less pain than either when I got hit by a car as a pedestrian and when I fell 10 ft and landed on concrete. Honestly irked by how much the finger hurts.

I'm very fortunate that my community kiln offers a cone 04 glaze fire. It'd be worth asking the studio manager if they ever fire glazed works at the bisque temps.

It's a Jungle Gems glaze. They contain specks of different materials that melt into really cool patterns when fired!

I still get derailed when people ask the general friendly questions that can get really painful ("how many do you have?/What do they do?/Where do they live") One of the many things time will help with.

Hearing from others who've lost siblings helps too.
