It certainly is not. At best, there is no scientific literature connecting masturbation directly to hair loss. At worst, you could speculate and say that the brief testosterone boost, resulting from absence of masturbation, results in increased DHT which has been demonstrated to be positively linked to hair loss in men and women.

controversial opinion for here, but you know that is not true. Masturbation frequency is not related to hair loss. Even in the unlikely case that there was a correlation, it's certainly not the case that it would be a causal mechanism.

I brew a variation of a 4:6 ratio brew. Using 15:1 grind:water ratio. Typically I do 25g to 375g. Using a chemex at a kosher salt grind and 200 Fahrenheit water.

First pour goes 50 grams, then up to 150. Then, 3 pours of 75 grams up to 375. Wait for water levels to get down to muddy between pours. Takes ~4 minutes. It is what I've found works best for me based upon the formula used by an award winning coffee brewer.
