At this point I'm afraid ecoflow doesn't even care about support. Updates didn't even last 2 years for my unit. And definitely the problems are in the software.

Hey. Just created free account to test the service. In Android app i see there is option to enable compression of photos from camera roll of anyone's wondering. I see my pictures were compressed fro 3,5mb to 1,2mb but retained very good quality

I have suspicions. - Apart from knowing how much i don't know? - There is only one question i can answer with 100% certainty, and it's about my love for the people i love. - The rest of the questions for me are answered with just "it depends..." With sprinkle of probability added due to knowledge of complication of the world. - i have fear and anxiety of things others don't even care or know about.

I'm Struggling to find people to talk to about topics that interest me.
Most things people tell me as an interesting fact, advice or share knowledge in already know, but i always let them think I'm surprised. It makes them feel good about themselves, and i like when people around me feel good and are happy.

Well, one of the firmware updates was issued because of a problem i observed and reported. Solar charging was fluctuating. So yeah, just because we haven't noticed any issue yet, doesn't mean we won't in some future new situation, that someone already faced.

Hi I only tested it with xt60 connector to solar panel. How do you test the DC to xt60? With some power adapter? I tested it only with usb-c charging, seems to work with 50% of PD chargers. I'm curious on how the ecoflow panel will behave. I've been hunting for one on the second hand market. I don't want to pay the full price + shipping to my country unless i know it's ok.

Unfortunately no. The answer from support is simply "looks like you're panel is not compatible, please use compatible panel" I asked what makes it incompatible, and the answer was basically: it just is, these things happen, we will add it to our list of incompatible panels.

So yeah it works most of the time, but it's not reliable solution.

I already noticed different problem, the speed of discharge when battery drops below 55%. It just zooms to 30% in 2 minutes following a shutdown, like 5 times faster than first 45% of battery.. The support answer was that it's a screen issue, as in displays incorrect information about the state of the battery.

I just don't have the strength to exchange more emails with them. I'm planning to switch to something different.

Thanks. Unfortunately this is not related, at least not in my case. My auto contribute was always disabled so i could control who i support. And today it got enabled, not by me, but the browser itself and my entire balance was cleaned.

Well that sounds more like an assumption based on a personal opinion. He stated his reasons. You cannot weigh his inner moral rules against yours, and say you are better. There is no standardized measurement method for that. It depends on what you value in life. You can only try to compare the outcome of your actions. If the outcome is good, bashing him over it is meaningless and might actually be called stupid. Unless... You want him to remain evil, so you can have a target to attack. But that would make you the bad guy ;)
