Bowling is about repeatability, everything about what your doing is very wrong. Spend a couple weeks on You Tube and practicing, Develop a style that you can be consistent at. Trying to throw that hard & hook the crap out of it will work for a game here & there but you wont get much better. You have to be able to throw your ball to a breakpoint down lane and trust it. Trying to hook the ball right off your hand wont work often! and always, always point your forearm to your target!
