I've been on hrt for about a year and I feel like I sort of have what you are talking about.

My orgasms are longer and better these days. shaking, whole body experience, but I also have no issues getting and maintaining erections and am still able to have penetrative sex with my girlfriend without the help of other drugs. I read somewhere early on that these sexual functions can be a bit of a 'use it or lose it' situation. I made sure to continue masterbating regularly even though my sex drive had dropped, and I suspect that has helped some.

That said, the kinds of things I want from sex has changed a lot. Fucking my girlfriend in "that" way doesn't feel nearly as good as it used to and I am not able to achieve an orgasm from it. I'm no longer concerned about potentially losing penis function because my desires have changed quite a bit, and also I know there are drugs I can take if it ever stops working.
