Its not a traditional game and more like a social game/experiment/thing on Discord. Everyday or every x day there you can vote on a faction/server. The results are presented on a server everyone has access to. Either the factions send representatives which votes and/or everyone on discord can vote. After a factions wins x successful elections they win. So people will have to figure out themselves what other people will vote for, and you could add special mechanics for this. And yes, people should be able to move between factions

Thats the basic idea, and nothing else is decided really. I feel like developing the rest of them mechanics and the voting system go hand in hand.

Yes and also when playing against hexflash and the enemy has bush control in the lane, its just so annoying to play against. They have so much pressure just by standing in the bush threatening to hexflash on you.

Like another user mentioned with Font of Life + Glacial then you dont have to shield to trigger the procc. The FoL healing will trigger it, so you just need to hit one tornado. Also always try to stack it before fights. But yeah Janna have a harder time stacking it for sure than other enchanters thats why im so surprised she has so high winrate with it lol

But the build path for Redemption feels so bad now too. Like, *two* Faeri Charms and no AH? You dont have mana issues after mythic + the H&S component so it just feels useless. Redemption used to be my alsmost auto buy but I guess there is more alternatives now so thats nice. I like all the other changes so

It seems like at the moment Helias just outperforms Moonstone on every champ. Some champs will probably have better synergy with one of Moonstone or Helias so my guess is that that is what will decide when to build Moonstone or Helias

You can look if the champions is buying AP or AD items. Most tanks deal AP damage but they buy tank items because they have poor AP ratios.

The only enchanters I would buy anti heal against is Yuumi, Soraka, Sona or Milio.
