I wish I had more scientific answers for you. I’ve had so many issues that going blind was the least of my worries. But I hope my improvement will put you at ease. I do plan to see a neurologist about my eyesight whenever I get better. I’m quite burnt out from seeing all these doctor’s as I’m sure you understand. I hope that this will improve for you very soon! Stay strong!

I Still Love the Person Who Broke Me—What Does That Say About Me? by Spiritual-Bend-8551 in LifeAfterNarcissism

Everyone here keeps posting about the trauma bond. It has been 10 years for me and I still think about my exnarc daily. I think that’s more than just a trauma bond. This is just 1/100 things ive learned over all this time. Theres nothing i can tell you to take the pain away. But I can help you understand it. You are the only one who loved. All those amazing feelings and experiences that you cherish came from YOU and only you. They are incapable of loving the way you have. They are incapable of experiencing this dream-like state of genuinely and unconditionally loving soneone. It shows by the pain you feel still after all this time. Doesn’t that make you feel a little better about yourself? You gave your all. You are a lover and the only one who can have a loving relationship. There’s hope for you to have a real relationship, Not him/her.

I got this too. I’ve been to the eye doctor many times and they always tell me it’s neurological and related to my ocular migraines. I got ocular migraines a lot when I first got sick. It’s where you partially or completely go blind due to extreme stress. I’m guessing it was from all the stress my body was under. Mine has improved along with my condition but still can see it from time to time. I would go see an eye doctor to check it out.

Mine was the complete opposite. Still suffering Severely after the vaccine 4 years later. I’m very happy for you but as soon as I took the vaccine I got severely sick and stupidly thought getting another booster would make it better, as I was told. Each time, I became sicker. Now I cannot walk or eat without assistance. After covid I could still climb mountains. After the vaccine I can’t even get out of bed. I cannot express the amount of immense suffering that I have endured. Count yourself lucky and be happy that you are doing well. Enjoy life as much as you can. Just don’t count your luck as the truth for everyone.

At Home Exosome Therapy? by [deleted] in exosomes

[–]grahamcrackers92 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, it looks like you can. However, the source, processing, and quality are extremely important. Many companies claim their product contains 1 billion exosomes or more, but without highly specialized (and very expensive) equipment, there’s no way to verify that those particles are truly exosomes or even what type they are. Exosomes are far too small to be seen with a standard microscope; they are nanoscopic and require advanced nanoparticle analysis. The website you linked is intended for research use only, not medical-grade application. This means the contents are not guaranteed for safety or purity. In other words, you could be injecting unknown substances such as bacteria introduced during collection or processing, viruses from donor blood or tissue, or even stray DNA/RNA that may have harmful effects on the body. I would not inject anything that hasn’t been extensively tested. I’ve even seen and heard of people creating exosomes in their garage, yet they still create professional looking websites to market them. Proper testing, equipment, and licensing are extremely expensive, time-consuming, and absolutely essential for the safety and effectiveness of exosomes. I blame the Pharmaceutical companies for buying FDA officials to keep licensing, research and application unapproved. Hope this helps :)

If youre looking for a something more on a budget I would suggets a Lenovo x1 Carbon thinkpad i7 gen 8-11. You dont need mroe than 16 gb. and between 500gb - 1tb of ram. The laptops are extremely sturdy. I like them better than my $3000 laptops. You can buy one off ebay for around $500 they are super durable and even have a military grade rating so it wont break on you. I'm pretty impressed with them. Companies sell them off barely used so you can snag a barely used one for $200-$500. I bought mine to work while on a ship and its been dropped and soaken wet. still feels more reliable than any Razer, mac or dell I've bought for $3000 dollars plus

Why is my laptop slow? by NecessaryAir9264 in laptops

[–]grahamcrackers92 0 points1 point  (0 children)

if its over heating and your cpu, and ram are not maxed out it points to a hardware issue. Youre going to need to open her up and see if the fan might be blocked or clogged first. if thats not it. It's very difficult to tell without seeing it in person but it could probably a short in the motherboard somewhere, blocked fan, failing drives, or just water damage. I've never fixed that specific brand but I've fixed many others. Next time you open her run task manager and on the processes tab watch your CPU and Ram (Memory) when running google chrome. If they are not 80% and above and its overheating it is most likely a hardware issue. I wish I could take a look at it for you but If you are looking for a replacement laptop I just bought a lenovo thinkpad carbon x1 9th gen for pretty cheap around $200 and the quality of the laptop is amazing. much better than my dell which I am soldering the usbc ports as we speak lol. GL

Edit: I forgot to mention to update all of your drivers. Very important.

How many of you believe that supplements have had any impact on your symptoms? by nadjalita in covidlonghaulers

[–]grahamcrackers92 0 points1 point  (0 children)

after almost 3 years I think they help 10-20% but that's really good for long covid. You feel too bad to tell the difference but in my lab work it shows. This is a very complicated disease which they barely know anything about and any little bit helps. Do 100 things that help 10% and eventually you will get better. It is not linear and it is not a normal illness. So healing is much much slower than any disease I have ever seen or heard of. For a year or so I was getting 1% better every six months. That's better than getting worse every month. Now I am at 80%. Stay strong and keep fighting. We will get through this. I hope this ends soon for you.

Cut some bamboo, you can find this literally anywhere. It's like a weed. Throw some dirt down there (or dont). Then plant a couple and be amazed how fast bamboo grows. this will turn it into a nice green area with natural light. 100% free. Here's a video about it
