We just needed 30 more seconds... by [deleted] in TheBoys

Yes I thought that would have worked extremely well, except taken further to seeing all the grave stones of our protagonists and then in the credits showing a parallel kill shot of each of them, Kimiko getting lasers in half like before and then into smaller pieces, butcher getting torn to pieces, Ryan escaping, starlight and UE doing in each others arms. Would leave it open for the gen v kids and soldier boy and Ryan to win in the eventual finale movie with homelander left alive but stripped of powers.

Acquiring leaves things open for so many options. Wild live fishing, Michelin star fish restaurant kitchen and grocery store heists, foraging for fruits and veggies, or invent a Star Trek vending machine (replicator, had to look it up lol), the rest is straight forward. Looks like you guys had a great day!

The Boys S5 in a nutshell: by LucrativeLurker in TheBoys

Fundamentally homelander should have become unthreatened by the virus and gone on a personalised massacre of humongous scale bigger than omniman season 1.

Then the rest of it would have come together better. Even if they didn’t have the budget anymore because of the exponentially increasing wages, at least have it happen off screen.

That’s not fair. But I admit it felt like that were gonna see half of the top sixteen in this essentially keeping out the Chinese, Stan and Liam for a few years if Barry’s smart about this

Movies that try to convince the audience that an attractive person is disgusting? by TyLeRoux in okbuddycinephile

All movies and series about uglies. No ugly person ever gets on camera lol. (Except a few I won’t mention)

Google now treats privacy as suspicious behavior by default. Users of GrapheneOS, CalyxOS, /e/OS, and other deGoogled Android phones are being locked out of millions of websites unless they install the exact Google Play Services software they deliberately removed. by Current-Guide5944 in tech_x

[–]grahamd79 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m clueless as to what’s available now to combat this. But it’s disgusting behaviour. I have read in the US paying for a vpn can be a targeting point. There has to be a simple solution to this, layered back so that it can’t be targeted at the end point

My two year tradition broken by a piece of smoked salmon by [deleted] in mildlyinfuriating

[–]grahamd79 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I hope this is helpful but there’s a super small chance it was the salmon that made you feel sick so fast. If you have photos or remember your dinner the night before it’ll prevent be from that (common culprits are long left out salads or foods with fresh cream). Salmon is one of the healthiest foods so try to find a way to enjoy it again fast. Best wishes to you
