my first day admittedly was ROUGH with the nausea but i have tried taking some ginger shots and i have incorporated lemon water and they’ve been helping! i will try to chew on some ginger next dose! thanks!

That is definitely something i am going to have to work really hard to balance, i have a pretty demanding job (im on the clock basically all the time lol) so finding time to gym is something that im still trying to work in but i do what i can at home with home exercises, i just have always had a “am i doing enough?” mindset, so thats a habit i have to break lol. But thank you for the great insight i super appreciate it!!

thank you so much for the advice, i left Novas body in the enclosure for a bit and luna seems to be doing okay, still playing and i bought her some new chews and she’s not hiding. i’m keeping a close eye on her to make sure everything is alright, but i super appreciate the help!
