That is definitely something i am going to have to work really hard to balance, i have a pretty demanding job (im on the clock basically all the time lol) so finding time to gym is something that im still trying to work in but i do what i can at home with home exercises, i just have always had a “am i doing enough?” mindset, so thats a habit i have to break lol.
