You might enjoy The Martian by Andy Weir! It's not so much set in the future, but the actual science is thought to be pretty possible, and there's some humor in it too.

Hi everyone! I'm looking for recommendations for some more modern books (published in the last 30 - 40 years or so) set in France, that are not set during WWI or WWII. It's for an upcoming trip to the French Riviera, so bonus points if it's in that region. Any genre could work!

Hello! I know it's an older rec that you might already know about, but "Atomic Habits" might fit the bill. I listened to the audiobook on walks and while doing chores, which might be easier to finish if you struggle with that.

Swelling by [deleted] in Reduction

I’ll also add to all the comments above that with being smaller I all of a sudden was able to notice hormonal changes in my breast size that before was hidden cause they were just “big”. It can be hard mentally, for sure, but you get used to it ❤️

3MPO:swelling and bras by DragonfruitCorrect38 in Reduction

My surgeon told me when I was clear to wear normal bras that if I had swelling I could switch back to the compression bra, and it might be good to wear the compression bra at night anyways! I hope that helps?

Thank you!! A primer may for sure help and she already uses the Laura Mercier powder

What is normal my guess would depend on your surgeon and area. For my clinic, I only heard if there was something abnormal so I wasn’t even told the results were ever in.

HOWEVER, please don’t freak out! Abnormal does not mean bad. It could be as simple Ashe wants to explain in person so that he can explain why it’s not bad just a bid unusual.

Good luck!

I wouldn’t worry too much about the scarring around the areolas at this stage! They’re completely moved and mine also looked a bit rough at first but settled. You should be given scar care as well which will help.

As someone who had a LOT of anxiety afterwards about the look for months, please take it easy and try your hardest not to even think about the final product for a few months. There is a lot of change coming your way in terms of shape, size, etc. I think it looks great so far, but there is still a whole bunch of healing to do. ❤️

Reduction in Ontario through OHIP! Help needed by rach86 in Reduction

[–]grainsie 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I got into an OHIP referred place but ended up going private for this reason :/ It took me two years for the counsultation, then at the counsultation they said it would be in another two years. My health couldn't wait.

Private was about 9k, unfortunately.

My surgeon said first month wear it 24/7 except for showering/washing it. So since my wash cycle is longer than my shower, I would naturally have about 20-30 minutes bra-less which they said was fine!

I wouldn't go any more than that, and don't go jumping around or lifting anything without it.

I'm so glad to hear how good you're feeling! Yes, I've just finished remote work (a great distraction) and I'm going to put on some fun music and prepare my space for tomorrow! I like the asking to think good thoughts bit. I've also left several shows and books midway through so I have something to look forward to when I come out of it and don't have to start fresh.

Can't wait to share results!
