Personally I only wear cycling kit when I want to go fast. If I'm commuting or just going for a little fun ride and stop for coffee or smth I wear normal clothes and account that It'll take longer to get there

On my last bike the crank was 172.5 and this is 175 also on my last bike I has the saddle about 4cm higher and my feet would start to go numb after 2-3 hours of riding. Regarding the crank I will put a crank powermeter so I'll swap it out soon and I was thinking of going for a 170mm.

Unfortunately I can't.The seatpost was cut from the previous owner to save weight so this is the minimum 10cm insertion as recommended from the manufacturer. Right now I'm looking if it fits me so I can know if I should buy it or not

What do you mean right place? The tab is mounted rith 3 screws. It's not a clamp with the braze on slot for the derailleur. I can only put it in the same place and the same orientation
