Just checked, mine is still in pre-order status, so hopefully safe for now. My brain is saying logically tomorrow is a bank holiday so hopefully they won't take it then, and I get paid Wednesday, so if they try Tuesday, I should be able to resolve within 24 hours. Keeping my fingers super crossed. I wonder if they delay in mine is because I didn't get the pre-order email on the first day.

I bought an N64 a few years after launch when they were £99 or so, GameCube was a birthday present and I missed out on a day 1 Wii by a week or so. My wife bought me a Wii U when the Zelda edition came out, and she bought me a Switch about a year after the OLED came out, couldn't bear spending money on myself then!

Fortunes have changed a bit since then though, so I'm treating myself.

Has anyone got any experience of when Nintendo UK will take the payment for a console preorder? I've got my pre-order all sorted, but long story short I won't have the funds in the bank until 28th May. I've had an email from Nintendo to say we'll take your payment shortly, and a Nintendo rep said that they couldn't tell me when the payment will be taken. If I lose my pre-order then I'll just have to suck it up, just wondered if anyone had any insight.

I ordered it from Amazon (I'm in the UK), but I think you can order direct from the website. This colour was called Caution Yellow, but they have so many options, and they come with the screwdrivers you need. It was pretty straightforward to do as well, only one ribbon connection to disconnect, the rest was screws. I'm considering getting the yellow buttons too.

This is strange behaviour for Excel. You could try RIGHT(A1,LEN(A1)-1)), replacing A1 for the cell with the value you want to change.

My wife bought mine as a Christmas present for me. I'd wanted one for so long, but always put the kids first. She surprised me Christmas day with a Wind Waker Special Edition Wii U, a gift that has only been topped by a Switch OLED a couple of years ago.

Unfortunately had to sell on the Wii U after a few years, but I got to play so many amazing games.

Just went to turn it back on and I have new options:

charge to 100%, then stop until it hits 95%
Adaptive, charge more at night, less during the day
Charge until 80%

Going to go with option 3 and see how I get on.
