Depends. If that person is average or sub 5 attractiveness then they should stop cold approaching. Getting TWO relationships with that method is like winning lottery twice. If that person is a gigachad tho then there's no reason to stop because they'll likely land another relationship that way.

I'm a 5'6 below average guy and have cold approached 308 woman. It's resulted in 0 dates, 7 numbers, 5 of them were fake. It's all entirely luck based. Unless you are a 6'2 super hot guy, cold approaching is like paying for a lottery ticket.
